Registration payments

Open Settings → Payments, select your league operating country, then connect your Stripe account (Standard Connect). Players pay registration fees directly to your Stripe account; Leagzr takes a platform application fee. Stripe card processing fees are charged to your account. The operating country is required because Stripe creates the connected account in that country and cannot change it later.

Premium and Pro leagues can configure multiple registration options per season, such as early bird, regular, or division pricing. Each option may have a capacity and deadline.

• Free: higher platform fee and lower monthly payment volume cap.
• Premium: lower fee and higher volume cap.
• Pro: lowest platform fee and unlimited payment volume.
• Card processing fees from Stripe apply in addition to Leagzr platform fees and are billed to your Stripe account.
• Leagzr platform fees are not government tax.

From Settings → Payments you can opt in to collect sales tax / VAT / GST/HST on season registration using Stripe Tax. Provide your business address (and optional tax ID for receipts). Tax is calculated at checkout from the player’s billing address — you do not enter a tax percentage. Your league remits collected tax; Leagzr’s application fee stays on the pre-tax registration amount.

Finish Stripe Tax registrations for your jurisdictions in the Stripe Dashboard before enabling collection. Free / $0 registrations do not collect tax.

Open Settings → Payments to create percentage or fixed-amount coupons with shareable promotion codes. Choose unlimited use or a redemption limit. Codes are created as Stripe Coupons and Promotion Codes on your connected Stripe account, and players can enter them when paying a season registration fee.

Paid registration Checkout creates a Stripe invoice on your connected account. Players can download the invoice PDF from the season join flow after payment, or later from their season card. Invoice branding and contact details come from your Stripe account settings.

You control payout timing, bank details, refunds, and disputes in your full Stripe Dashboard. Open Settings → Payments to jump to Stripe. Leagzr does not set payout speed on Standard connected accounts.
